Birth preparation course for couples - weekend course in January 2026
This birth preparation course aims to strengthen your confidence in your body and stimulate your anticipation of the birth adventure.
Information and discussions on the following topics:
- Birth process
- Dealing with pain
- Postnatal period
- Breastfeeding
- and life with a newborn baby
... alternate with body awareness, breathing and relaxation exercises.
In the couples' course, you will receive suggestions on how you can support your partner during labor.
The costs for the pregnant woman are covered by the hospital insurance; the course costs for the partner are 140 euros and are usually subsidized by the health insurance companies.

If you are interested in a course and would like to take part, please register by e-mail directly with course instructor Mia Lamberth. The courses take place on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 17:00.
Please state your name, the name of the person accompanying you, your telephone number, the expected date of delivery and the number of previous births.
